Real-time fleet positions on Google Maps will appear here. Each vehicle shows as a moving pin with current driver, speed, ETA, and link to trip details. Geofences for factory and key customer locations will trigger arrival/departure alerts.
Phase 5 activates this when GPS hardware is installed in vehicles. Until then we can manually mark last-known location per vehicle.
Every dispatch tracked: vehicle + driver + customer + delivery challan link. Status milestones (loading → dispatched → in-transit → reached → delivered → closed). Fuel, toll, driver TA/DA all logged. Per-trip profit calculated automatically. POD photo uploaded on delivery. Customer gets WhatsApp ETA on dispatch.
Auto-fetches all pending and historical traffic challans for each vehicle from VAHAN/Parivahan via the Surepass API. Daily background sync. WhatsApp alert when a new challan is detected. Manual entry also supported for offline-known fines. Track payment status, dispute history, paid amount.
Cost: approximately ₹3 per query × 1 query/vehicle/day = ~₹450/month for 5 vehicles.
Per-vehicle FASTag balance tracking, toll plaza transaction history, low-balance alerts. Manual entry initially; can hook into IHMCL/NPCI API later if access granted, or scrape from FASTag bank app.
Service history per vehicle (date + km), tyre rotation log, battery replacement tracking, oil change history. Service due alerts based on whichever comes first: km interval or time interval. Garage details, parts cost, labour cost, invoice attachment.
