Setup Instructions

  1. Make sure Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime is open on the PC running the COMMS agent
  2. In Tally, go to Help → TDL → Advanced Configuration and enable TallyXML Server on port 9000
  3. Or for Tally Prime: Help → Settings → Connectivity → Enable Tally.ERP9 Compatible XML Port → Port 9000
  4. Open a company in Tally (at least one company must be active)
  5. Click Refresh above — Status should show green

Recent Vouchers (This Month)

Load the Vouchers tab first

Click "Load from Tally" to fetch ledgers

Sync Tally Parties → ERP Contacts

Pulls all debtors, creditors, customers and suppliers who have a mobile number in Tally. This lets you send WhatsApp messages to them directly from the ERP.
